HKFA Clearing Limited（HKFA Clear, Hong Kong Financial Asset Clearing）is a member of HKFAEx Group (Hong Kong Financial Asset Exchange Group). Established in Hong Kong in 2014, HKFA Clear provides transaction registration, transaction settlement, transaction clearance, fund setup, fund administration and asset custody services to global clients.

 

Operating Licence

HKFA Clear has been granted the "Trust or Company Service Provider Licence" (TCSP Licence No.：TC007220) by the Hong Kong Companies Registry in accordance with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Law Chapter 615, "Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Ordinance" (AMLO), to provide regulated trust or company service business in Hong Kong, including trust and custodian services.
