HKFAEx Group has three main operating entities, covering seven business lines, and are the major shareholder of Nasdaq listed Oriental Culture Group (OCG.US).

HKFAEx Group Limited is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), authorized to conduct regulated activities including dealing in securities, advising on securities, asset management, trust and asset custody, handling commodity securitization business for the Group.

Realchamp Asset Management Limited provides fund management and wealth management business for the Group. Realchamp Asset Management Limited is a licensed institution regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) to conduct regulated activities such as advising on securities and asset management, an insurance intermediary licensed by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority, permitted to carry out regulated activities such as the sale and promotion of long-term insurance products, and a registered MPF company intermediary of the Hong Kong Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority, allowed to conduct regulated activities, such as sales and promotions of MPF products.

HKFA Clearing Limited provides transaction registration, transaction settlement, transaction clearance, fund setup, fund administration and asset custody services to global clients. HKFA Clearing Limited has been granted the "Trust or Company Service Provider Licence" by the Hong Kong Companies Registry in accordance with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Law Chapter 615, "Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Ordinance" (AMLO), to provide regulated trust or company service business in Hong Kong, including trust and custodian services.
