SIMPLE Stablecoin was established in Hong Kong, aiming to become a stablecoin issuer licensed by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, providing a secure and convenient payment tool for virtual asset transactions. The Company and its group members actively participate in legislative consultations with the Securities and Futures Commission and the Hong Kong Monetary Authority regarding virtual asset trading platforms, over-the-counter virtual asset trading, and stablecoin issuance.

HKFA Clear has been granted the "Trust or Company Service Provider Licence" (TCSP Licence No.：TC007220) by the Hong Kong Companies Registry in accordance with the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Law Chapter 615, "Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Ordinance" (AMLO), to provide regulated trust or company service business in Hong Kong, including trust and custodian services.
