1. From Non-Tradable Shares to Tradable Shares (2005-2009)
Between 2005 and 2009, we strategically positioned ourselves in China's non-tradable shares (NTS) before their transition to tradable status on exchanges (prior to the NTS Reform). This approach enabled our investment portfolio to deliver exceptional performance, outperforming similar funds globally.
2. From Collectibles to Investables (2011-2020)
From 2011 to 2020, we pioneered the transformation of illiquid collectibles into investable assets. In 2020, the trading platform we managed became the first cultural and art collectibles trading group to be listed on NASDAQ.
3. From Niches to Necessities (2021-Present)
Since 2021, we have focused on converting niche alternative assets, once exclusive to institutions and high-net-worth investors, into easily accessible necessities for asset allocation. By tokenizing high-potential Real-World Assets (RWAs), we have made them more widely available. In 2022, our efforts were honored with the“Top 10 Excellence in Start-up Innovation Awards (NFT, Web3 & Metaverse).”

Three Colorful Semi-Circles
The three semi-circles symbolize the imperfection of all things in the world. Only through interconnection, collaboration, and mutual complementarity can great achievements be realized. This aligns closely with the Group's role as a "Super Connector" and "Super Value Adder." Additionally, the number "3" carries rich symbolic meanings in both science and philosophy. It is both simple and sufficiently complex to meet diverse structural needs, representing infinite possibilities and stable structures.
From a scientific perspective, this colorful world is composed of the three primary colors: red, blue, and green, while the triangle is the most stable structure in geometry.
From a philosophical perspective, Eastern culture emphasizes that "three gives birth to all things," while Western culture reveres the "Holy Trinity." Both are deeply connected to the number "3," embodying the core ideals of harmony and creativity.
The design of the Group's logo centers around a structure of three interlocking colorful semi-circular rings, with each ring composed of 19 segments. This logo not only reflects the group's profound understanding of science and philosophy but also highlights its core values of harmony and innovation.
