HKFAEx Group Limited is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), to conduct regulated activities including dealing in securities, advising on securities, asset management and holding client assets.
HKFA Clearing Limited provides transaction registration, transaction settlement, transaction clearance, fund setup, fund administration and asset custody services to global clients. HKFA Clearing Limited has been granted the "Trust or Company Service Provider Licence" by the Hong Kong Companies Registry to provide regulated trust or company service business in Hong Kong, including trust and custodian services.
Realchamp Asset Management Limited is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) to conduct regulated activities including advising on securities and asset management. Realchamp is also an insurance intermediary licensed by the Hong Kong Insurance Authority, permitted to carry out regulated activities including the sales and promotions of long-term insurance products, and a registered MPF company intermediary of the Hong Kong Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority, allowed to conduct regulated activities, including sales and promotions of MPF products.
